Hi everyone, I to suffer from the cold and wow it's depleting and I can't walk, it takes along time in the morning to get moving. In the summer if it's to hot I suffer with inflamation I vist the ER alot
But they are the only ones that can help me with pain medication.
Just make sure you don't push yourself, if you need to cut your chores that it would take you days that's ok. If you need help ask for it. Don't let yourself feel bad that you need help, it took me a long time to admit that.
I hope this helps
GOD BLESS
Hello Doris, All of the responses I've read are truthful and sadly, it affects more people than you know. I also am going through menopause. At my age of 66, I thought I was finished with that devil, but every once in a while, he'll rear his ugly head and I have to put on the fan. Naturally, I chill out my hubby who complains and eventually leaves the room. 😄 But you know what? We shall prevail. Keep positive thoughts and I will place you on my prayer list.
