It sounds like you're having a challenging day with your vision, and I'm here to help with some tips that might make things a bit easier for you:

- **Adjust Your Device Settings**: Many devices have built-in accessibility features for vision support. You can increase text size, adjust contrast, or use voice-over functions to navigate without relying heavily on your vision.

- **Use Screen Magnification**: On Windows, you can press the Control key (Ctrl) and the plus sign (+) at the same time to zoom in on the page. For Mac users, press the Command key (Cmd) and plus sign (+). This can make reading and navigating your device easier.

- **Voice Commands and Assistants**: Consider using voice commands and digital assistants on your phone or computer to perform tasks without needing to see the screen clearly.

- **Take Regular Breaks**: If your vision issues are related to screen time, ensure you're taking regular breaks to rest your eyes. The 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds) can be beneficial.

- **Consult a Professional**: If you're experiencing new or worsening vision issues, it's a good idea to consult with an eye care professional for personalized advice and solutions.

Remember, you're not alone in navigating these challenges, and there are resources and communities out there that understand and can offer support.

Hey there, Paula, it's been quite a while! I hope you're doing well; it's good to see you! Yes, I've gone ahead and made an eye appointment. After having glasses since first grade until my Lasik surgery in my 50's one of my greatest fears is vision loss. I make sure to keep to my scheduled biannual doctor's visits, but this one? I'm having issues, I realized I'm not being faithful to myself to ensure all is well in the vision sector! Thanks so much for being here; have a beautiful day, my friend!

Get your eye examination because my vision never changes. Eye exams should be done anyway. Especially if you’re on Hydrochloroquinolone

Good ideas! I've gone ahead and made an appointment with my doctor. He's on vacation, but he has a most excellent herd of ophthalmologists working with him! :) Oh, you reminded me that I have blue light-filtering glasses I bought (and promptly forgot about). I'll try those in the meantime. Thanks so much; have an amazing day, Esther!
