I was in a car accident 1998, due to that car accident that damaged lower lumbar nerves along with getting stenosis, DDD, fibromyalgia, osteo, and the beginnings of arthritis were showing. Physical therapy did nothing for me, went onto steroid shots that gave bad reaction so now doing nerve burn procedures as needed. I still continue trying to exercise as I can but that in itself is difficult. Thankfully I can stand long enough to do the dishes so going to keep on going for as long as I can.
I have had for many years, due to an accident then deteriorating disc disease, osteoarthritis. Sometimes it's hard to deal with, not everyone understands the pain you feel.
