It's concerning to hear about your prolonged cold and bronchitis. While the context provided doesn't specifically link immunocompromised individuals to a higher risk of Rheumatoid Vasculitis (RV), it does mention that RV is a complication of long-standing Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), typically occurring after someone has had RA for 10 or more years. If you're immunocompromised and have RA, it's important to discuss your symptoms with your healthcare provider, as they can assess your risk for RV and other complications. They can also determine if your respiratory symptoms are related to your immune status or if there's another underlying cause that needs to be addressed.
