I've been on Rituximab for 9 months. It has worked for me. I still have pain, but the pain level has gone from severe to mild, to moderate. I also found the infused medication easier to tolerate than the injectables and oral medications. You're also given Medrol-Steroid and Benadryl to keep you from having an allergic reaction.
