How do you deal with ongoing fatigue? I may feel pretty good but run out of steam in the afternoon and feel sluggish.

Thanks! Its frustrating. I am retired and have 9 grandchildren and volunteer and travel, so am trying to live my best life. I am used to being able to do more. I realize that I can't.

Until I started taking Actemra biologic, I had terrible fatigue. Now it's gone.๐Ÿ˜Š

I go to PT/Rehab 3x week for two hours each session. At first it would wipe me out, but now it invigorates me.

Fatigue is an ongoing struggle. I do not work and I'm on disability, so I do as much as physically possible in the morning know that in the afternoon I lose steam. If I have to do something in the afternoon or evening I try and pace myself, but there are times I just have to say I can't and be okay with it. If you work I'm sorry. I had to do that for a couple of years before I had to quit work.
