RA, Fibro, & Sjogren’s. I have zero energy and motivation. I can barely navigate through just basic chores. I’m so exhausted all the time. Anyone have any tips/ideas to help with energy?

I have RA and Fibro and I have experienced complete exhaustion and fatigue where I cannot even get out of bed. I am learning to pace myself with simple house chores and to listen to my body and take breaks often. I am also learning to have compassion for myself with this new life change.

Try the AIP protocol. I bet you are eating something your body doesn’t process. Most likely related to SE from all medications in conjunction with the disease process

Kim, I found Enbrel reduced my fatigue. I also have less fatigue when I have less pain. They seem to go together. Sugar makes me hurt as does eating dairy products. Be sure to tell your rheumatologist. That doctor might have ideas. Unfortunately fatigue is a symptom of RA. I hope tomorrow is better for you.
