Deal With Depression Naturally?
Does anybody have any advice on natural ways to deal with depression and anxiety? Thanks in advance
Those are good suggestions mentioned already. Also, getting regular exercise helps a lot, even if it’s just stretching and taking a little walk each day. It helps wake the body up and get things back in balance.
A powerful breathing technique that helps you ground out and calm down is to breathe in for 4 counts, hold it for 4 counts, and then exhale for 8 counts. Do that at least 3 times, and it can physiologically help change your thinking patterns. That’s been helping me a lot lately.

Hello Lujan82 ask your doctor if he gives prescription for medical Marijuana. Oh what states you live in they might have medical Marijuana grower. Still listen to music and meditation music for depressive states/heal mind,body and soul on youtube. Best of luck finding peace and hope.
