Does anyone get daily hot flashes? I'm debating against buying the Embr Waves bracelet which is supposed to help. it very expensive so I was wondering if anyone else has tried it?

Yes ..I also can't figure out whether to pull covers up for a bit then throw them off again..keeps me awake
