Yes they are very helpful.

They do not fit your head, but I liked wearing it on my knee while I played soccer in school.

The "tens" units that I have had for over 40 years finally became useless.
I used knee braces up until approx. 5 years ago. My Ortho finally told me that he would no longer write a script for them because of the severity of arthritis.
How have I been getting around? When I am in my kitchen I hold onto my kitchen table, counters, and Island. When I go out to the store and appointments I use a walker.
I am what the older phrase states is "well endowed" and the weight that my upper body carries the approx amount 2 full gallons of liquid.
I am still trying to convince my husband that a breast reduction would greatly relieve me of my back pain.
Once every 6 months I get injections in both knees, when 3 months have passed I am praying every day just to make it to the next injection.
I have wanted to try a sleeve but I have found out that they do not make them big enough for my legs.
