My rheumatologist recommended this drug for purposes of treating fatigue only. I'm wondering if it has worked for anyone else for this specific purpose.

I second Nancy's comment. Adjusting what you are putting in your body will definitely help if you aren't already and adding some supplements like all of the B's you can. I take B Complex in the morning and afternoon to help boost my energy levels throughout the day.

I also struggle with fatigue. I am always tired but some days it is relentless, to the point I can't get out of bed. If you don't mind sharing, what medicine did your doc prescribe, have you used it and what have your outcomes been?

LDN is known to be a great drug with no side effects or long term effects. There's alot of research out there that states it's success on Fatigue.

Otherwise have you tried eliminating processed foods, sugars, oils, fried food and artificial sweetners. These food items cause an increase in fatigue in our body.
