Yes, it is used for opioid/alcohol addiction but at a much higher dose (50-100mg). What I am looking into per a functional medicine provider is a very low dose of Naltrexone (LDN) which is titrated from 1.5 to 3.0 to a maximum dose of 4.5 mg. These doses do have to be compounded by a pharmacy because they are so low. I have done a lot of research and according to credible resources, it seems as if it would definitely help.

I experience outer ear pain, (hurts to put ear on pillow) neck pain and swollen glands. Does anyone else? What autoimmune disease has those symptoms? How to treat?
