Heck yes! All areas when in a flare are hot for me. I ice my hands and sometimes it’s so bad I have to do ice in buckets of water to take the pain and heat away. When I’m sleeping it’s like I feel like gremlins have come and chewing away at my bones bit by bit. I feel your your pain but try icing them down in ice buckets or I have a few small gel packs I keep in the freezer to take out quickly to ease it.

Thank you for the info. I will look into Raynaud's. My RA doctor isn't very attentive

Good afternoon sweetheart! I have Raynaud's so my hands, especially my fingers are always cold/freezing. Flare ups do not make them warm.
Have a lovely, blessed day sweetheart!
Love, hugs and kisses
