Charleston, SC

I have had a bad back for many years. Even before I was diagnosed with RA. I was diagnosed in my late 30's (now 61) that I had DDD. It has affected my ability to lift heavy objects and in the last few years a tingling sensation in my toes bordering on numbness.
Just trying to discern what is RA and what is DDD. Thanks.
