A friend of mine gave me a good idea sore feet. She said buy 2 small bottles of water. Remove about one inch, but the cap back on and freeze. When they are frozen put them on the floor and roll your feet back and forth. Truly it is heavenly. Give it a try.
I have not had Covid-19 or any of the following strains. Since I do have RA I got vaccinated as soon as they were released due to a medically induced compromised immune system. So far I’ve had 4 full vaccines and a booster. My next booster will be later this month along my annual flu shot. My family loves me and they have done everything possible to keep me safe from the threat of Covid. The vaccine is safe and especially needed by people being treated for RA. Our treatments suppress our immune systems and make us all far more susceptible to the worst damages Covid brings.
Veronica, your fatigue and extreme tiredness from Covid are not unique. Those side effects can continue for up to a year. Hang in there girl.
as far as I know, I have not had Covid but I am always tired. Though I try to remember that I have other issues going on other than RA. So I could be tired from a combination of things, Veronica.
Oh no!! I am so sorry! My sister in law is a runner, and a school principal. Since she had Covid, she also has extreme fatigue. She is now considering retiring early. It's been really difficult for her. She had a difficult time finding a Dr who actually believed her. It was crazy.
It's called long covid. Please speak with your General Practitioner about it
