Changes in one's diet have not been proven to help RA. A HEALTHY diet is of course important. No diet will cure, no medication will cure. I believe a Mediterranean diet is a good choice for overall health.
You will. I agree with diet changes. Pay attention to your symptoms and your diet. I limit dairy. Grass fed butter only and nut milk. Unless it's ice cream. Haagen Dasz is the only ice cream worth the calories as far as I'm concerned. LOL. But there are some good coconut milk options. I also limit beef and eat grass fed only beef. No soy either. All of the above cause.me to flare. I take a good bit of vitamin supplements and collagen peptides. They help. also try to eat a vegetable of some kind with every meal even if it's just a few pickles. Take it easy on yourself. It's occasional weakness and temporary.
I hate people who rant about a so called cure but won’t name it!! Screams fake!
HareshPatel I read all of your posts. I agree with Shelley6. Can you please post the actual product, so we can try it too?
Try going to physical therapy. A certified hand therapist is the best one to consider. He/she have numerous exercises and methods that help strengthen your hands. Give it try 😊
