Do you ever regain your muscle strength back. My shoulders have no strength and lots of pain

Try therapy that is what they are great at rebuilding your strength

I haven't. I'm as weak as a kitten and it's demoralizing as hell.

Exercise and possible PT might help. The lack of use will cause any muscle area to not be as strong.

Good question. I broke my wrist last year right before thanksgiving. I had to have surgery and physical therapy. It took about 6 months to regain most of the movement in it. I still haven't regained full muscle strength.
