Have you thought about getting check for copd. You may be sleeping but not a restful sleep. One of my meds effects the lungs and causes copd
Always exhausted from multiple health issues, but I try to get about 10 hours of sleep, start the day with caffeine in some form, get some sun, and some type of activity most days (walking, swimming, even just floating in a pool).
It takes making it a habit to exercise after work though - it will be very hard at first but take small steps even if it’s just driving to the gym and not getting out of the car and build a routine up from there.
I totally understand , i can barely get myself out of the car after the drive home. I do take bcomplex with vitamin c and a sublingual b12. It does help a bit.
