It helps to plan your energy, not just your tasks, so you don’t push too hard on good days. Setting realistic limits can actually keep your progress steady over time. It’s also important to see rest as part of staying consistent, not falling behind. And when everything doesn’t get done, focusing on small wins can make a big difference.

Unfortunately you do need to pace yourself & learn to listen to your body because doing too much on a good day does create a vicious cycle. I have learned this the hard way myself. It is my new normal & I had to learn to accept it & be okay with it. I can't do as much as I used to be able to do & have to say no to invites often too. It is not an easy thing to accept & still stresses me out sometimes or makes me feel bad but you have to take care of yourself.
House works will still be there when you are not.
Do it at your pace. A bit at a time .
When you are feeling tired, sit and chill.
