I also use compression gloves and the thera-wax bath. I find that they both help. Also use a CBD cream with arnica gel in it as well. I went to an occupational therapist who gave me hand exercises which I do daily in order to keep the tendons and ligaments stretched and healthy as well.

Yes, I also have a TheraBath and that brings me so much relief more then the gloves, it’s just a wax hand or foot bath and that has helped me the most

It helps me when I use my compression gloves, when I have lots of pain in my fingers I just use the compression gloves even when I go to sleep and it relieves the pain without medication

Thanks McKenzie. It's my left thumb that's the most problematic. I use the compassion gloves too, and they help. Was sure about wearing them when I sleep, but if you think it's ok , great.
