Hi Debrah. I can only speak for myself on this one. Others may experience it differently. Hypoglycemia starts with hunger pangs, a slight burning sensation in my stomach and nausea. This is how I feel every single morning. If I do not eat, I start to feel light headed. If I ignore my symptoms, next comes feeling disoriented, uncoordinated and faint. At this stage, trying to eat or drink can result in vomiting. Eating every 4 hours keeps my symptoms in check. I do not require medication.

Hi DeniseClyde. I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia, diagnosed about 40 years ago. I have not had any tests in years. It is definitely worth checking out. Thank you so much for sharing.
