Yes, many people with rheumatoid arthritis also experience migraines or vestibular migraines, and stress, inflammation, fatigue, or certain medications can sometimes make them more frequent. While there is no direct proven link for everyone, autoimmune inflammation may play a role in triggering symptoms in some people. It’s a good idea to track when they happen and discuss both your RA and migraine symptoms with your doctor or neurologist.
