Yes i have mine gets really tender i know this sounds stupid but i put Vick vapor rub on my elbow at night it makes it warm first then cold but it stops the swelling and pain for me apart fronvtgat yes I'm having a good day went to physio and told that my leg was stronger so only need to go monthly now so really pleased with myself for doing the exercises at home

Thanks for your response. I can totally relate. It is difficult that the elbow damage cannot be seen. Have you ever experienced elbow inflamation like the picture below of my elbow shows? It was where the elbow bends, squishy and lasted about a week before it went away.
I hope you are having a good day, in spite of your RA difficulties.
