according to Adkins, the only fruit with low carbs has the word berry in it if done with extreme moderation as all fruits, Red Grapes are not on that list and what would help the most is a small amount of food 6 times a day because that keeps your metabolism burning also eggs have no carbs, pork rinds have no carbs, and cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, whip cream are all liitle to no carbs

Thank you for sharing! I do well eating red grapes, as well. I can't eat night shades : potatoes and tomatoes, etc. I've lost 15 lbs, and inches so far, by cutting out ice cream, and other sugary things. I eat more protein :fish and chicken, almonds. Spinach, leafy vegetables, broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbages.

if you are doing low carbs fruit has its own sugar and should be eaten in small amounts only and it is suggested only fruits with Berry in their name and the best veggies are broccoli, cauliflower, letuce, tomatoes, meat and eggs have no carbs and cheeses are very low but the big thing is to eat small amounts every 1-2 hours while awake to keep your metabolism burning and drink plenty of water

Thanks! I actually started eating more Blueberries, than any other fruit. I like on and off, kiwis and cherries, too. I mostly eat salads for lunch every day, and it helps!
