I have same. I use Refresh Liquigel eye gel tears by Allergan. Turquoise blue bottle. You can find them nearly everywhere that sells eye drops. They are very, very helpful. The only thing that helps my mouth is ice cold water, herbal tea or fruit juice. Sjogrens is a pain to deal with.
It has caused inflammation in my eyes causing my eyes to be very dry. My eye dr prescribed Xiidra eye drops I use twice daily.

I have dry eyes since starting Leflunomide (Arava). I use Artificial Tears a few times a day.
Dry eyes, my eye surgeon recommended using TheraTears, after my cataract surgery, it has really helped. It is important to see your eye doctor at least once a year. I hope this helps.
