How long does it take for these two meds to kick in?

Marissa51 I’ve been on Sulfasalizine for 5 years. It won’t get rid of your pain completely. It helps to not have inflammation as badly. Swelling should be better in your fingers and hands but you will still have some. I do.

I had Sulfasalizine and Hydroxychlorine a few years back. Had to stop within months because of liver problems. Side effects were terrible.

I have been on 2 500 mg sulfasalazine in the morning and in the evening ... Been on them a little over a year and I still have pain in fingers, wrists, ankles and toes. Just switched from humira injections to enbril. Hopefully this will help..

Thank you! How long have you been on Sulfasalizine? I just started talking Sulfasalizine two in the morning and two at night. I also take one Hydroxychloroquine pill at night. I’ve been on these two meds for about seven weeks and my fingers are still swollen and stiff.
