I think dropping things goes along with RA. The worse you feel or the more tired you are, the worse the dropping usually is. I try to stay out of the kitchen on those days and avoid glass objects when It's really bad.

that weakness happens in my hands too; twisting the drain in the kitchen sink usually I have to get my daughter or boyfriend to undo because neither of my hands have enough strength; its a very useless feeling and I feel so bad about myself when it happens.
