Yes I do have the same as you. I have been diagnosed with Essential Tremors and am on Primidone. It was really well. Please go and have it checked out.

I tried the primadone last year and didn’t not see a benefit. I had carpal tunnel surgery in 2016 and now it came back so the tingling and burning is back as well. The right had is severe and the left is moderate. I hate to have another surgery for it. 😢

I started with the same symptoms 4 months ago & within a month developed numbness & pins & needles in both hands. I had a Nerve Conduction Test & diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The Consultant advised having steroid injections in both hands which i did but this made the problem worse so I’m now waiting to have surgery. Hopefully this works because I’m having difficulty using my hands 😢
