I drop things, have muscle spasms and send things flying. I stumble and will hit doorways etc. Its embarrassing and beyond frustrating. I'm blessed my family helps me laugh through it. There's little changes we've done to make it easier for me. When out in public my husband offers his arm and walks on outside of me so I don't get hit or knocked into. My paint brushes for my stained glass my make up brushes have all been modified with large soft grips. 9 times out if 10 we make up alternative ways as we go along.
BBQ tongs - carry them in my bag. Good if you can't bend far. Double sided tape on the end for small flat things like credit cards.
I keep dropping the cats food bowls on their heads. Now I put the empty bowls on the floor and drop the food into it. Bit of splash back but the cats lick that up!
Yes, I do. And my feet don't seem to move well, so I trip on things, too. I can hardly open containers these days.
I drop everything especially my glasses of water almost every night!!!! I get so frustrated!!! So I went to bottle water & wouldn't you know I dropped it in my bed all over my dog!!!! I can't hold on to my silverware or trying to pick up coins or anything off the floor..
