Members exchanged enthusiastic curiosity about using hemp seeds for rheumatoid arthritis pain, with the original poster describing them as nutty-tasting, fast-acting, and available at local grocery stores alongside chia and flax seeds. Several members shared where hemp seeds can be purchased (including Amazon for around $7.99), discussed the legality and benefits of CBD oil (legal in all 50 states, helpful for sleep and pain), and noted that hemp seeds contain omega-3s that may reduce inflammation similarly to fish oil. A recurring theme was the search for affordable, natural alternatives to traditional medications, with members offering practical advice like elimination diets, avoiding gluten and dairy, and managing expectations around long-term effectiveness and cost.

I was just reading about the Hemp seeds and they say one to two tablespoons a day is all you need. They are cheap enough, I found them on Amazon for a big @ $7.99.

I got them from my local grocery stores. They now sell them in a tiny pack. I wish i could add a photo here. I also brought Chai seeds and flax seeds from the same company. This is day two ive eaten them. Once you eat them they are fast acting. My pain goes away for an hour or so. Will buy more and see how they work since im not taking my enbrel for a while.

Maybe try doing a elimination diet because it could be some foods that are making your pain worse or get tested for gluten, dairy and sugar can cause inflammation to. I have celiac so I cannot eat gluten but trying for 30 days to not eat all grains, rice, corn etc. I also do not eat dairy and I feel better, not as much pain or stomach problems. I take cbd drops at night to help with sleep. Just keep researching things you can do to help your body. Good luck!

Hmm I might have to try them. But I wonder if they are illegal.
