I don't take all these medications and I am much better with exercises, eating healthy, yoga, sex, seeking spirituality, massage, the spa at home. My boyfriend and me we do all kinds of things they do at the Spa. Eating organic, veggies, fish, salmon, fruits. My family support, my friends and my 4 legs furry friend, my dog for 14 years. Laugh, I watch comedy, and laugh until my stomach hurts is good therapy, physical therapy, Walk, walk my dog, Take a long walk next to the river when is muggy. NYC, Take the stairs instead of the elevator to my 13 floors. Dancing, listening to music.

I was on it for th better part of 6 months & noticed nothing! It did nothing.
But my RA is very aggressive right now in my hands & feet! Has been for a year!

I tried Arava. For about a year. It helped with the RA but I Constantly felt ill. Diarrhea everyday. I like st 20 pounds on my already too thin frame.

I couldn't tolerate methotrexate so I'm doing Remicade & Arava. Had to quit the Arava twice. We tried a whole pill & I had diarrhea & muscle contractions. Tried 1/2 pill & y'day I had th most gripping muscle contractions from my arch to my thigh. I QUIT Arava completely. To me, Methotrexate & Arava sounds like a terrible combination. But good luck & be VERY careful & report ANY side effects to your Dr. God bless!!
