I also take long hot showers before bedtime to loosen my muscles and drink water through out the night it seems to help

I've found that taking potassium and magnesium each day has stopped the massive leg cramps I used to get. If I forget to take them the cramps come back. I take prescription potassium because I've been told that the prescription stuff is betterr absorbed.
Drink more fluids and a banana a day or food with potassium. I have heard not to just take potassium because you can get too much or maybe get your blood levels checked for your electrolytes? Just suggestions, hope it helps!
