Have you ever had your vitamin D level checked? My husband heard a podcast from The Peoples’s Pharmacy and they were talking about Vitamin D! How we get it from being in the sun for about 15 minutes a day! He knows I don’t get in the sun much at all due to some meds I take! He said they talked about fatigue was a major symptom of low Vitamin D level! I could sleep for 10 hours straight and by lunchtime I would need a nap! So I went to the doc to get mine checked! It’s a simple blood test and the following week I heard back from my doc! My Vitamin D level was in the single digits! I think it should be in the 30’s and mine was maybe 6! I take a prescription vitamin D every 2 weeks but for the first year I took it once a week! I felel so much better now! It’s worth asking your doc about it!
