Yes..I get migraine level headaches from Orencia. My rheumatologist pre treats me with an IV steroid and I have good pain meds to use. Tell your dr about it.

I just started Orencia 6 weeks ago, and after the first one, I did have a headache for a day. But after the second and third infusion I did not have a headache. Now after three doses, I just have some nasal stuffiness, but not much else. I did not have a migraine though. wish you the best!!!

I have had migraines for many years. I was on Orencia for 3 yrs and I have had some headache following infusion but not as bad as some migraines. I did take some headache medicine prior to infusion.

Mine have never gone away but I can manage them.

I took my second injection of Orencia 3 days ago and I've had a really bad headache for the past three days. It sounds like it goes away for some but not others. I really need this one to work because I failed on Humira and Enbrel.
