How Do You Get Going When You Feel Bad In Mornings

How Do You Get Going When You Feel Bad In Mornings

I wake up every morning and knees and feet feel froze. I use an electric blanket but still hard to get moving early. On Methotrexate all kind of pain pills and Orencia.

It is difficult but for me I just have to go real slow and take extra time. Some mornings I have a real hard time just getting dressed. I'm at the point where bad days are the days with elastic pants and no shoe strings. Best wishes! Take care the best you can!

Me also. The only thing that helps is to get moving but I understand some times it hurts so bad you cant. Hot bath with empsolm salts and lavender try that

I wear socks to bed and stick hand warms in the socks to keep my feet warm. It works for me.

Sometimes, I have experienced that some medications makes me worse. Sometimes less is better. I would write down every symptom before going to your doctor. I take a hot shower and then rub the worse pain spots with Voltaren gel, prescription and there is a generic. Moving and gently stretching after showering helps. I still am on Prednisone 10 mg.and tylenol 2- 3 times a day. Hope this helps.

Add me yo that list!! I wake up around 6:30. But because that’s when I feel the best… I have to tell myself to get out of bed!!! Some days it’s at 9 am… but most days I’m downstairs & dressed by 10.
