I have been on a gluten free diet for awhile now. At first I wasn't sure if it was making a difference. I cheated a few times, and every time I did I woke up the next day with sausage fingers and feeling horrible. I am by no means cured, but I feel it truly makes a difference for me. It's really hard to do, and it seems everything good contains gluten, but you get used to it.

I am practically verging on vegetarian now and junk food free. Do feel it has helped but could be psychological? Certainly sleeping better tho
