I think if it was that easy, all of us would have been doing that for a long time. Wish you luck

i find monitoring my diet to be helpful, but at least in my case it is insufficient releif by itself.

When you say "monitoring" do you mean eliminating?

I tried every diet imaginable to help my RA. One person I met with RA said she cured herself eating gluten free. Nothing worked for me, but she is a believer. All of our bodies have different chemistries, so you just never know.

I am very careful of my diet, always have been, even before RA. so many people have suggested the change of diet thing as a cure, to be honest I get a little offended when friends and family suggest this. I often wonder if they ever paid attention to how well I cared for my body and what I put into it before RA? It certainly can't hurt because good nutrition is good regardless, but unfortunately when I flare, I flare now matter what I eat. Best of luck.
