Hoarse Voice And Cough

Hoarse Voice And Cough

Has anyone found a source of relief for hoarseness or coughing? I read there is a joint in the throat that can flare but didn't find anything regarding relief for it.

As a former music teacher, With an emphasis on vocal music, I always recommend warm lemonade with a bit of honey. It may sound strange but it works. I also like lemon zinger tea and honey. Honey coats and soothe the vocal cords. When I'd get horse my choir director/vocal instructor/ mentor used to tell me to put a sign around my neck that said "hoarse do not talk to me!" That never worked! Hee, hee!

I use a really nice green tea with lemon and jasmine that helps a little. Ill have to get some lozenges. I never thought of those, since it's not cold related. Thanks, @A myRAteam Member

Not sure what meds you're on, but your coughing could be a side effect of the meds.
