I've been having respiratory issues and heart issues. Palpitations, tachycardia, shortness of breath, pain in chest and when breathing, chronic cough, hoarse voice, accompanied by exhaustion. A doctor I saw didn't think it was related to my RA.

I was told that asthma and allergies often sisters RA. As for myself I have chronic asthma and severe allergies.i take shots and lots of oral medication for both. With it all everything is mostly under control. Each time the dr. tries to decrease any med I have a flair up!
Hope you feel better Quickly! Have you been checked out for a respiratory infection? I'd be highly suspicious if it's progressive symptoms and/or you start spiking fevers. Also, if you're not managing to drink enough when you're feeling unwell, dehydration can make you feel even worse including tachycardia and palpitations. Hugs
I have ra in my throat there is a joint there and can cause issues. Go to a ENT doctor and have them check it.
I just use artificial tears OTC it works for me
I recently went to the eye doctor with watery eyes which he diagnosed as dry eye syndrome. He said it is a part of the "auto immune" thing. Prescribed Restasis which didn't work and was very expensive.
I’ve suffered from RA for 40 yrs now been diagnosed with small nodule in lung cancer this be from RA
