It took about two months for me to really feel a difference. However now that I have been on it, I can really feel it in my joints. It truly is helping with the pain. The only side effect I have had is a lowered immune system. I have to stay away from people who are ill or I will be ill shortly after. I do highly recommend Humira. Although I do not like the needle injections. I prefer the pens as they are faster and easier for me.

I've been on Humira for a little over a year. I use the pens and love the fact I only have to take them every other week. It took about 2-3 months til I felt the need to come off Prednisone. Now other than a few flare ups, Im feeling great!

I have been on Humira since it first came out and love it. I can at least function while on it. The only problem is it does lower your immune system so I really have to be careful. Like staying away from others who are sick, wearing a mask at doctors office, etc. I am disabled from RA so that makes it easier to do these things.

Why are u taking humira injections? I take it by pen. It's worse then the Enbril but still better then injections. Ask your dr
