I also had a subarachnoid bleed and stroke that the doctors tell me isn’t related. I’m afraid of my future and just wondering what others have gone through

Was curious to find out if anyone else had had to do the same. And if it makes the pain worse for you throughout you body. Does anyone have any ideas on different things to do to alleviate pain.

Anyone else notice muscles and tendons popping and or crackling? They seem to bother me more than my joints. I actually dont have any problems with my joints. I am constantly finding myself stretching to find some kind of relief from the muscles and tendon stiffness and aches.
