Aqua Therapy is one of the best ways to move our RA that dosen't put direct impact on our muscles and joints. We live in such a rural area there is no where to just go to a pool for Aqua thereapy.My Dr has actually reccomended this type of treatment since i was young, but how do you convience your spouse ?
