I am a personal trainer and my focus is helping folks with RA stay mobile and build strength. Since I have RA myself I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent and work through tough days. I would love your feedback to help make me a better trainer.

Are any of you following a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet Free of added Salt, Sugar, and Oil? There are a lot of lifestyle medicine doctors and doctors specializing in nutrition who promote this way of eating for optimal health and to reverse and prevent many chronic diseases.
