Rheumatologist just started me on Kevzara injections... does anyone use this?
I recently started on Kevzara self inject. So far so good. Is anyone else on this medication?
Any experience with Kevzara? I’ve taken so many over the years.
Is anyone currently taking or have been prescribed the IL-6 inhibitor biologic RA medication, Kevzara, the manufacturer is Sanofi? If so, is it working, how long did it take for you to notice that your disease seems to be getting under control, and did anyone notice any specific side effects. I'm currently taking the medication, and have 3 injections.
Anyone taking Kevzara or had taken it? How long before you had some good results? Does/did it work? Side effects? Thanks!
I've been on Enbrel for 2+ years and Humira prior to that. Enbrel worked fairly for the first year or so but I've been having a lot of joint damage in my fingers. Not much pain though. After my last Rheumatologist visit he has suggested trying Xeljanz and has submitted a prescription to my pharmacy (CVS Specialty Pharmacy). Anyone had any luck taking this new medicine? I have been on Humira, Orencia, Enbrel, Cymcia and Kezvara. Nothing has really worked as my joints are chronic. I am kind of thinking about going the organic route. Especially with this COVID19! Thanks
I have been injecting Kevzara until 5 weeks ago, I came off it due to side effects. In the 5 weeks of no treatment I have started to flare up. I have now been given Etanacept injections. My problem is, the advice I have been given by my helpline. I then asked about my Etanacept injections, which are Immuno suppressors, and she… read more
Hey, RA friends. I’d love to get some opinions on a situation I’m experiencing and I’m curious if other people have gone through something similar...
I’ve been waiting for several months to get Xeljanz approved but it just got rejected for the second time yesterday. My rheumatologist believes I should try a JAK-inhibitor because I have failed Enbrel and Humira (two TNF blockers), but to be honest, I’m pretty nervous about it. All of the JAK-inhibitors out there come with a risk of blood clots,… read more
