I have been diagnosed with Rhupus, fibromyalgia, other types of arthritis. Fused neck that is now straight and has spurs. Below the skull pain and headaches. Along with the rest of my spine that a spur has grown from a vertebrae and connect itself to my sacrum. With bulging disc from neck to lumbar. I have sjorgrens, Renaud's. Rhupus is rare and can definitely feel overwhelming because it combines features of both lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, so symptoms can overlap and change over time. It sounds like you’ve already been through a lot, but it’s great that physical therapy is starting to help and that you’re focusing on exercise and healthier habits. Small consistent steps really do matter with autoimmune conditions. Also, wanting to keep up with your grandkids is honestly one of the best motivations to keep going strong 🙂
