I had this complaint and dr sent a prescription for very low dose muscle relaxants. It has helped tremendously! Wish you relief !

Hi there. Is this new for you? If it is, you may want to contact your doctor for advice. In the meantime, have you tried a topical pain cream or a heating pad, warm bath or shower or an ice pack? Are you able to take an NSAID? Do you have any muscle relaxers? Rest. Seek help if you need it. I hope you feel better soon!
