I was on Mounjaro for about 6 months & it was great with helping me to lose the extra 15-20 lbs. I was carrying & wanted to lose but it didn't seem to improve my RA even though my Rheumy said it could help with inflammation for some. I initially went on it for high blood sugar but it didn't help enough & I went into Ketoacidosis & found out it was because my pancreas is shot due to long term use of Prednisone for most of my life for uncontrolled asthma & then for RA & I recently became an insulin dependent diabetic.
