I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia and there’s so much more to flare ups than joint swelling. Why don’t Rheumatologist discuss the invisible symptoms.

I have RA but other autoimmune preceded. I have Hashimoto and when did not get enough thyroid med. , seems like all other autoimmune flared. Still stress and not enough rest makes flare worst. Praying you can find joy. Nature gives me joy and helps distract me from flare. Hope all feel better soon. Plus seems like others that do not have RA does not understand. After last years, the support should come from compassionate understanding people. Kindness is a healer. take care love, eli
