I found I’m allergic to turmeric and cinnamon. It makes my mouth burn and upset stomach. With the reactions it makes me flare.

I don't have any issue with drinking herbal tea. I have made a few changes just for my own benefit. I tend to stay within three mugs of herbal tea a day. Sometimes I will only have one. Another change that I have made is starting to further use the loose leaf herbal tea variations rather than the tea bag as it is better made in my opinion. I found a company that creates wonderful loose leaf tea and I'm happy with the end product. I've discovered the product will give me the benefit of working as both hot or cold brew so I actually had gotten a slightly larger mug to accomadate for days when making the cold herbal tea brew.
