Today was MUCH better, @A myRAteam Member, thank you for asking! I drank less water with the dose and more throughout the day.
I think it's also amazing how much I was hurting and didn't quite realize it - it's not that I'm pain free, but I raised my arms above my head a bit ago and didn't think twice about it (if you know what I mean by that feeling!).
